If your registration has lapsed, you will need to renew it before booking onto any of our aesthetics training programmes.

I’m not an independent prescriber , can I attend?
💊 Non-Prescribers & Remote Prescribing
Yes — all non-prescribing medical professionals are welcome to attend London Aesthetic Courses training programmes.
However, there are specific guidelines and regulations regarding the remote prescribing of Prescription-Only Medicines (POMs) — including Botox — set by professional regulatory bodies such as the GMC and NMC.
Once you have successfully completed your course, you will need to work with an Independent Prescriber who can carry out face-to-face consultations with your patients before any prescription-only treatments are administered.
Don’t worry — we will provide you with full guidance and support on how to arrange this as part of your course.
Do I need a prescriber for BOTOX?
⚖️ Prescription-Only Medicines (POM)
Yes – Botulinum Toxin is a Prescription-Only Medicine (POM).
This means you must have a valid prescription issued by a suitably qualified prescriber before administering any botulinum toxin treatments.
This requirement applies to all brands of botulinum toxin, including BOTOX® and its equivalents.
Ensuring prescriptions are obtained legally and ethically is an essential part of safe, compliant aesthetic practice — and we’ll cover everything you need to know about this during your training.
Do I need a prescriber for dermal fillers?
💉 Dermal Filler Regulations
No – Dermal Filler is not a Prescription-Only Medicine (POM).
This means there is no requirement for a prescription to administer dermal filler treatments.
However, it is still essential that all practitioners follow best practice guidelines, maintain high safety standards, and use regulated, reputable products to ensure client safety and treatment quality.
Are there any prerequisites or pre-course materials I need to complete before attending?
📚 Pre-Course Preparation
Some of our training courses may require the completion of pre-course reading or online modules.
This ensures all participants arrive fully prepared and able to make the most of their hands-on training experience.
What is the cancellation policy
📜 London Aesthetic Courses – Terms & Conditions of Booking and Cancellation
These terms and conditions outline the policies governing course bookings, cancellations, and participation at London Aesthetic Courses.
By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Payment: Full payment for the course must be made at least 10 days prior to the course start date. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellation 10+ Days Before Course: Delegates are entitled to a full refund minus a £25 administrative fee.
Cancellation Within 10 Days: Delegates may claim a 50% refund or choose to reschedule to a future course (subject to availability).
Cancellation Within 5 Days: No refunds will be issued. Delegates may choose to reschedule (subject to availability).
Course Validity: All courses must be booked and attended within 12 months of purchase. Courses are non-refundable after three months from the date of purchase.
Rescheduling Requests: Must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the scheduled course start date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within six months of the original booking date.
2. Attendance & Conduct
Late Arrivals: May be refused entry. No refunds or alternative training dates will be provided in such cases.
Behaviour: We reserve the right to remove any delegate whose behaviour is disruptive, defamatory, inappropriate, or detrimental to others’ learning experience. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
3. Course Cancellations by London Aesthetic Courses
Courses may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Acts of God, terrorism, war, political unrest, insurrection, civil disturbances, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, delegates will be offered the opportunity to reschedule their training to a later date.
Any cancellations due to such events will follow our standard cancellation policy (see Section 1).
We reserve the right to amend or cancel any training date, course content, or location as necessary. Delegates will be notified at the earliest opportunity and offered an alternative course date.
Travel & Accommodation Costs: London Aesthetic Courses is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or associated costs incurred due to course cancellations or amendments.
